About Brayden Handwerger

As a singer, Brayden performs a wide variety of styles, such as classical, musical theatre, rock, pop, and contemporary. Brayden is trained with a delicate mixture of techniques like Speech Level Singing (SLS) and Bel Canto by vocal instructors Andy Boettner and Rebecca Drake.
Music, Music, and More Music.
Brayden plays the guitar, piano, bass guitar, harmonica, cello, and composes. He has played concerts in many tremendous venues and sung in multiple elite choirs. This list includes a chamber orchestra tour of China (cellist), Petco Park's Sycuan Stage (Singer), the San Diego Master Chorale, Southern California Regional Honor Choir, and various concerts across California at historic venues like the Viper Room and The Mint.
New Americana
Brayden is an experienced composer with his style combining elements of the singer- songwriter genre, heartland rock, and progressive rock. His debut work Red Blooded American tackles the shared dysphoria of young adults growing up in the post 9/11 technological world, and his experiences as a mixed race kid in early 2000's suburbia.
Acting
Screen and Stage
With almost a decade worth of experience, Brayden is no stranger to the stage or screen. Brayden has performed in over 25 musicals and plays all over California. He has appeared on screen in a numerous amount of short films and television programs, including a recurring role on Brat TV's Scarlett's Lab, a program seen by over a million viewers. Brayden is currently based in Los Angeles and studies screen acting with directors David Rountree and Blake Nakoa.
